Escaletruck system is the wireless enabled weight sensor and app for air suspension trucks and trailers that clearly displays your truck weight on your smart phone to help you load safely and legally.
Air Suspension
Our scales system monitor most air suspension on trucks and trailers that are monitored by height control valves (leveling valve).
Height Control Valve
Height Control Valves (leveling valve) maintain an air suspension at constant height regardless of load.
When weight is applied or removed from a vehicle
the height control valve increase or decrease the air pressure into the system to keep the optimal ride height.

Escaletruck monitor the fluctuation in air pressure of the air suspension system to display your truck weight on your smart phone.

An axle group can consist of one,two or three axles that are monitored together by one or two height control valves.
One Escaletruck module and sensor is required for each leveling valve.
