The Warranty Period for our MODULES come with a 1-year from the date of purchase.

HOW ACCURATE IS YOUR DEVICE ?

If our equipment is correctly installed and calibrated, the deviation in accuracy is less than one percent.

It is important that the truck/trailer is parked on level ground.
with the brakes off during both calibration and weight monitoring to ensure accuracy.)

WHERE CAN I GET ESCASLETRUCK SYSTEM INSTALLED ?

Many owner-operators are able to install our devices themselves. Installation is simple and straightforward and in most cases only requires basic hand tools.

If you do not feel like installing our device yourself, any mechanic can take care of it.

I HAVE A DROP AND HOOK FLEET, IS THE ESCALETRUCK DEVICE SUITABLE FOR ME ?

Our innovative escaletruck system is excellent for fleets with air suspension tractors and trailers and was designed with drop and hook in mind. Once the escaletruck module is calibrated, the data is stored in the module’s memory so that anyone with our app installed on mobile phone can read the weight data.
If you have our device installed, it doesn’t matter if you have 1 or 100 units (trucks, trailers) you can connect to each of them at any time using your smartphone and find out what your weight is.
This system saves money cost and calibration time over other methods. Our Bluetooth system are a good option for drop and hook fleets.

HOW SHOULD I CALIBRATE ESCALETRUCK DEVICE AND HOW OFTEN ?

The calibration process is intended to be a one time process. However, it is advised that you confirm the
accuracy of the ESCALETRUCK scale against a certified ground scale once per year
or following any major maintenance and re-calibrate if needed.

Calibration consists of two steps and is very simple.

1. Sensor calibration.
We have done this step for you and have already calibrated the sensor.

It is recommended to repeat this procedure once in a while.

2. Weight adjustment.
This adjustment must be done by the customer.

WHICH AXLES CAN BE CONTROLLED BY OUR ESCALETRUCK SYSTEM ?

Any air suspension axle group managed by a height control valve can be monitored.

WHEN IT IS NECESSARY TO RECALIBRATE THE SENSOR ?

It is recommended to recalibrate (the sensor) once in a while and also for example: when installing a new height control valve or when installing new airbags.

I'VE NOTICED THAT MY SCALE HAS BECOME INACCURATE. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ? EXAMPLE I.

If your scale seems to be getting inaccurate, it is likely that you have a leak in your air system, which is common.
If there is an air leak in your system, the pressure will also change and the readings taken by the sensor may not be accurate.

Quick fix: spray your air suspension and all connections with soapy water. If bubbles appear then you have found the leak.
Repair and recalibrate to get accurate readings.

I'VE NOTICED THAT MY SCALE HAS BECOME INACCURATE. WHAT'S WRONG ? EXAMPLE II.

I entered the weights from the weight ticket I got yesterday, and today the app is nowhere close to being correct. Specifically, the trailer weight is accurate, but the truck weight is wrong. What’s wrong ?

Trucks consume large amounts of fluids. If you compare weight data from previous days, your weight will be different.
Fuel, DEF and tire tread are constantly changing. You can vary by hundreds of pounds/kilograms.

WILL THE ESCALETRUCK APP WORK ON PHONE OR TABLET ?

The app will work on any smartphone or tablet that is Bluetooth capable.

HOW MANY ESCALETRUCK MODULES AND SENSORS DO I NEED TO INSTALL ?

One module and one sensor is required for each leveling valve of each axle group monitored.
Most axle groups usually have only one leveling valve. Therefore, you will probably need two Esaletruck sets.
One for the truck and one for the trailer. It depends on your rig.

DO YOU OFFER A WEIGHT SOLUTION FOR MY SPRING SUSPENSION EQUIPMENT ?

Unfortunately, no. The sensor and ESCALETRUCK applications require air suspension to measure the necessary weight information.
